Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistant focuses on supporting the management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations.

• Supporting the management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations.
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
• Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
• Responding to maintenance emergencies.

• Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in WA12 0JG.
• Due to spending a lot of time on your feet and unloading heavy deliveries you will need a good physical fitness.
• Be able to follow instructions and be adaptable to meet the needs of both company and guests.
