• Ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most.
• Care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an.
• To ensure stock control with the maintenance department.
• Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality.
• Completion and maintenance of fire log book.
• Record keeping of room maintenance.
