• Providing full planned and reactive maintenance support across all retail stores.
• Coordinating maintenance support for the local Head Office in partnership with the Office Manager.
• Ordering furniture and store items from global suppliers to ensure stores meet premium standards.

Skills and requirements

• Escalating high‑priority issues to senior stakeholders when required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in retail maintenance, both remotely and on‑site.

Confirmed role details

• Confident using database systems and Microsoft Office.
