Maintenance Electrician focuses on · ensure full awareness of and compliance with contractual kpis and slas.

What the role involves

• · Ensure full awareness of and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• · Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Aurora Computer-Based.
• · Maintenance System, ensuring PPM and reactive tasks are completed with correct data.
• · Work closely with the Lead Engineer and Contract Manager to consistently maintain high service levels.
• · Support the Contract Support team to drive excellent customer satisfaction.
• · Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
