Job description
As a Maintenance Electrician, the work centres on conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on completion of the work to the role.
Where the work sits
Site based Maintenance Electrician - Durham - National Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG. This is a site based opportunity, located just outside of Durham City, County Durham.
How the role works day to day
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.

Practical details
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed).
