What the role involves

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensure equipment reliability.
• Resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain smooth facility operations.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
• Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

Confirmed role details

• Competitive salary up to £39,500 per annum.
