What the role involves
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Ensure equipment reliability.
- Resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain smooth facility operations.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
- Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

Confirmed role details
- Competitive salary up to £39,500 per annum.
- Friday (40 hours per week).
