This Maintenance Electrician opportunity is built around carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on completion of the work to the role.

How support shows up
Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on completion of the work.
What needs to be in place
- Qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Previous experience working within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
Job details
- Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (1 in 10 weeks).
