Maintenance Electrician

This Maintenance Electrician role is focused on ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Who the work supports

Will be working as part of a team working at a number of sites in the region undertaking a range of building maintenance duties. The sites will include high street clothing shops, care homes, offices, hotels, gyms etc.

How support shows up

Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable. Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required. Although aligned to an area for the purpose of PPM completion there may be times that the Technician will be required to attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work.

What needs to be in place

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations / parts 1 & 2.
