Job description
The Maintenance Engineer position centres on carrying out and review preventative maintenance schedules for all production lines, equipment and machinery to ensure constant smooth running. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

How support shows up
Carry out and review preventative maintenance schedules for all production lines, equipment and machinery to ensure constant smooth running. Carry out general maintenance of machinery / equipment and promptly deal with unscheduled maintenance issues that arise. Ensure records of all maintenance are kept up to date and accurate.
The approach that fits
Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion.
What needs to be in place
- Time served with at least 3 years’ experience working as a Maintenance Engineer with good Electrical knowledge or a HND/Degree in Engineering.
- Install new equipment and systems as required.
- Experience fault finding on PLC’s is essential.
Job details
- On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, paid overtime, 30 holidays and a pension.
- Liaise with contractors to undertake contract maintenance work.
