Skills and requirements

• Time-served, hands-on experience in maintenance or multiple trades.
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or BTEC qualifications in a relevant trade (essential for Building Fabric Specialists only).
• A valid UK driver’s licence.
• Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environments.

Confirmed role details

• £30,724 or £34,271 per annum, depending on experience.
• Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one.
• 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
• Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out).
