Skills and requirements
- Time-served, hands-on experience in maintenance or multiple trades.
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or BTEC qualifications in a relevant trade (essential for Building Fabric Specialists only).
- A valid UK driver’s licence.
- Experience in retail or multi-site maintenance environments.
Confirmed role details
- £30,724 or £34,271 per annum, depending on experience.
- Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out).
