What the role carries

Manage the service delivery of all Reactive & Programmed maintenance, and Billable Works in accordance with statutory legislation and MoD Mandatory requirements. Managing the team and Supply Chain performance to ensure that all Reactive and Planned Maintenance key performance indicators are consistently achieved within area of responsibility. Overseeing the Early Warning Notification and Risk Reduction Meeting process, oversee and manage the Statutory Compliance state of sites.

• It is important that you have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to support and mentor team members and create a positive and collaborative working environment.
• In addition to this, you will ensure that all Billable Works delivered by Site teams are delivered within agreed timelines and act as an On Call Services Manager as required.
• You should also have developed IT skills and hold Emergency First Aid, Fire Safety and IOSH qualifications, as well as a full UK driving license.
