Maintenance Manager

This Maintenance Manager role is focused on secure workshop and equipment when fitters/helpers are not present. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What the work leans on

Our client is a well established successful manufacturing business based near Ballymena. Comply with management systems as set out in OHSAS: 18001, ISO 90091 and ISO 14001.

Where the technical work sits

• Complete all daily required records e.g., timesheets, faulty equipment repair request forms.
• Secure workshop and equipment when fitters/helpers are not present.
• Managing the team to achieve the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment both planned and unplanned e.g., regular maintenance of machinery, replacing parts on a planned basis,.

Technical requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous maintenance experience in industrial / manufacturing maintenance setting.
• Excellent leadership skills and previous management experience.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
