Maintenance Manager
Job description
The Maintenance Manager position in Marsh, Didcot and all surrounding areas centres on leading the Maintenance Department across the business, supervising and directing the Maintenance Engineers in their role, supporting their training / development. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on completion of the work to the role.

Leading the Maintenance Department across the business, supervising and directing the Maintenance Engineers in their role, supporting their training / development. Organising the timely repair of equipment including injection moulding machines, robotics and ancillary equipment.

What you need
- Have previous working knowledge of injection moulding machines and pick & place robots.
Practical information
- £45,000-£50,000 per annum, health cash plan, death in service benefit, Monday to Friday.
- A plastics manufacturing business partnered with some well-known big-brand names is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager due to an internal move within the group.
- Leading a small team of Engineers, this role will report into the Production Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery is checked, maintained and serviced to.
