What you need
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Building Studies (or equivalent) plus 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
- A Higher National Diploma (HND/BTech Level 4) in Building Studies plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Applicants must ensure their CV is accurate and up to date.
Practical information
- Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday).
- Inspecting properties, managing contractor works, liaising with tenants, and ensuring regulatory compliance — all while supporting efficient housing services.
