Maintenance Officer

We are expanding our Maintenance Officer team to support the delivery of high-quality services across Oxford key worker and student accommodation sites. Completing small reactive repairs (typically 15 minutes or less) across key worker and student accommodation.

Practical details

• Oxfordshire (must live within a 1-hour commute).
• 42.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm).
• To drive a company vehicle, applicants must be aged 21 or over, have held a licence for at least 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

What needs to be in place

• Previous experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Officer, or Site Maintenance Operative.
• Experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs.
• Experience completing compliance checks, such as water meter readings, flushing void properties, and electric meter checks.
