This Maintenance Officer role is focused on we are expanding our Maintenance Officer team to support the delivery of high-quality services across Oxford key worker and student accommodation sites. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

We are expanding our Maintenance Officer team to support the delivery of high-quality services across Oxford key worker and student accommodation sites. Completing small reactive repairs (typically 15 minutes or less) across key worker and student accommodation.

Practical details
- Oxfordshire (must live within a 1-hour commute).
- 42.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm).
- To drive a company vehicle, applicants must be aged 21 or over, have held a licence for at least 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
What needs to be in place
- Previous experience as a Handyperson, Maintenance Officer, or Site Maintenance Operative.
- Experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs.
- Experience completing compliance checks, such as water meter readings, flushing void properties, and electric meter checks.
