Maintenance Operative focuses on carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential properties.

What the role involves

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
• Perform tasks across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, and groundwork.
• Maintain communal areas, including toilets, offices, and external spaces.
• Complete both responsive and planned maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance roles.

Skills and requirements

• Reporting to the Head of Property, you'll play a vital role in ensuring properties remain safe, functional and well-maintained.
• Work remotely and travel daily to undertake general repairs, installations and site upkeep.

• Full-Time | Permanent.
