Maintenance Operative focuses on out routine checks weekly, monthly, and annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g loler testing.

What the role involves

• Out routine checks weekly, monthly, and annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing.
• Monitoring and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
• Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
• To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
• Repair, minor plumbing works and maintaining the garden areas.
• Maintaining the building, grounds and equipment to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors to the House including decoration.
