Maintenance Planner
Maintenance Planner focuses on reviewing work order/requests and prioritising through effective collaboration with maintenance team and operation teams.
What the role involves
- Reviewing work order/requests and prioritising through effective collaboration with Maintenance Team and Operation Teams.
- Supporting Improvement Teams, scheduling Failure Analysis work orders as required from the Teams feedback.
- Maintaining SAP data including new equipment and associated asset care regimes.
- Take an active role in supporting the site on actions and taking ownership on agreed issues relating to internal audits such as PEMM, BRC and AIB.
- Highly numerate, with analytical thinking, ability to support the Maintenance Team, Operations and others with decisions and judgements.
Skills and requirements
- Ability to work in a changing environment generating ideas and solutions.
- In influencing others with the ability to negotiate.
- Computer skills, Excel, Word and capability to operate SAP.
- Must demonstrate assertiveness and confidence to take an active part in meetings with fellow employees and external contractors at all levels.
