Main responsibilities
Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel and external contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations seamlessly. Utilise your expertise to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly.

Requirements
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
- Proven track record as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role within the facilities management sector.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills.
Job details
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota.
