- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of plumbing equipment.
- Resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
- Utilise your expertise to diagnose.
- Conduct installations, replacements, and upgrades of plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel and external contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations seamlessly.
Skills and requirements
- CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber with proven experience in the facilities management industry.
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
- Proven track record as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role within the facilities management sector.

Confirmed role details
- Competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum.
- Friday (40 hours per week).
- Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (TBC).
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
