What the role involves
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on plumbing and heating systems.
- Repair faults including leaks, blockages and appliance issues.
- Install and service domestic appliances such as boilers, hot water cylinders and air source heat pumps.
- Provide expert advice to clients on system care and maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate service records and material usage.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in heating system installation, maintenance or repair.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- G3 Unvented qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
