What the role involves

• Maintain detailed maintenance schedules aligned to aircraft delivery targets and operational priorities.
• Ensure labour, skills, tooling, and materials are available to support planned maintenance activity.
• Coordinating with procurement and stores to ensure parts are available at point of use.
• Monitoring progress against plan, identifying risks, constraints, and critical path issues.
• Driving recovery actions relating to delays, shortages, and emerging operational issues.
• Liaise with CAMO maintenance planning to ensure work scope alignment with the AMP.

Skills and requirements

• Strong understanding of Part 145 maintenance environments and maintenance flow requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification.
• UK guidance states SC roles normally expect around 5 years of UK residency, although exceptions can apply.
