- Maintain detailed maintenance schedules aligned to aircraft delivery targets and operational priorities.
- Ensure labour, skills, tooling, and materials are available to support planned maintenance activity.
- Coordinating with procurement and stores to ensure parts are available at point of use.
- Monitoring progress against plan, identifying risks, constraints, and critical path issues.
- Driving recovery actions relating to delays, shortages, and emerging operational issues.
- Liaise with CAMO maintenance planning to ensure work scope alignment with the AMP.
Skills and requirements
- Strong understanding of Part 145 maintenance environments and maintenance flow requirements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification.
- UK guidance states SC roles normally expect around 5 years of UK residency, although exceptions can apply.
