Maintenance Services Technician focuses on delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes, where & when possible.

What the role involves

• Delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes, where & when possible.
• Providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Independently managing maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including patch plastering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, lock changes, and general repairs.
• Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role.
• Full valid UK driver’s license.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety standards Sound awareness of Health & Safety regulations.

Skills and requirements

• NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent in a building or maintenance-related trade.
• Experience working in a multi-site retail maintenance environment.

Confirmed role details

• £30,724 per annum.
• Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one.
• 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
• Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out).
