As a Maintenance Team Lead in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, the work centres on supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.
Role overview
Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team keeps the equipment at BHX10 performing at its best. Working across shift patterns, we continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce new technology and drive innovation across the network.
Main responsibilities
Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. As a Senior RME Technician at BHX10, you’ll lead a team ensuring our Merch on Demand production equipment—such as Kornit printers, fixation systems and heat presses—runs safely and. This role operates on shift patterns, including nights and weekends, with strong opportunities for progression within Amazon RME.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
