Maintenance Team Lead/Senior Supervisor focuses on monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes.
What the role involves
- Monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes.
- Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
- Supporting in finding ways to continually improve systems and standardise processes across the EU network.
- In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly.
- Work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights.
Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 3/ SVQ Level 3/ IVQ Level 3/ City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 all specialized in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or completed a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance.
