Maintenance Team Leader

As our next Maintenance Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians across two hotel sites
• Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and legal requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and resolving maintenance issues
• Manage external contractors and service providers where required
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Support hotel management teams with maintenance-related queries and projects
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and source materials/equipment effectively
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments
• Strong technical knowledge across general maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
