The Maintenance team leader position centres on supporting a strong site health & safety culture. It would suit someone who can bring hands-on leadership, organisation, coaching, and reliable follow-through to the role.

How the role is set up

SWINDON, Swindon SN3 5JA. Participate in Tier 3 and craft meetings, driving actions and feedback to Maintenance Management.

Management responsibilities

Supporting a strong site health & safety culture. Supporting Risk Assessment (RA) reviews and development of new RAs and COSHH. Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine servicing.

Leadership skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
