The Maintenance Team Member position centres on resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing. It would suit someone who can bring handling site-by-site responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

What you need

Practical information
- Will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday.
- Salary: £28,958 - £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
- Additional detail: Pension support may be included.
