Main responsibilities

· Monitor and maintain heating, water systems, lighting and other mechanical and electrical equipment, keeping accurate records. · Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the home, including minor repairs, decorating and general upkeep. · Liaise with the Home Manager and external contractors to arrange servicing, repairs and inspections.
