What the role involves

• Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
• Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
• We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a pupil in a primary school in Maldon.
• Provide 1:1 support tailored to the individual needs of the pupil.

Skills and requirements

• Enhanced DBS (sighted or on the Update Service).
• Opportunity to make a real difference to a child’s daily school experience.
