Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including basic profit & loss and balance sheet reconciliations. Supporting the team in comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts, preparing simple variance analysis.

Report to the Finance Manager and work closely with the Accounting & Financial Control team, learning how to support accurate and timely financial reporting. Helping to produce financial reporting packs and commentary for review by senior finance colleagues.
Finance skills and experience
- Exam qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with prior experience in a finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and willing to learn new systems.
