What the role involves

• Work closely with Ops, Production and Commercial teams to drive efficiency, margin improvement and growth and you'll have the potential to step up in the medium to long term as the.
• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Delivering product costing, margin analysis, and cost control insight.
• Monitoring manufacturing variances, inventory, and operational KPIs.
• Provide financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Skills and requirements

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Work closely with production and commercial teams to align financial and operational performance.
• Part‑qualified, finalist, or qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent). QBE considered too.
• Experience in a similar management accounting role.
