What the role involves

• Provide insights that drive informed decisions and sustainable growth.
• Manage 5 direct reports and a broader team.
• Ensure that the team delivers accurate and timely management accounts.
• Leading the performance and potential of the team, building a highly motivated, customer focused and high performing team, promoting and sharing best practices.
• Leading the month end close process including the preparation of monthly management accounts including full P&L and balance sheet analyses to ensure financial performance is accuratel.
• Provide clear management account reporting & KPIs which explains financial performance versus forecast targets.
