Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for a logical individual who enjoys problem solving. The role provides a breadth of experience of both analytical and operational processes where you will be responsible for providing a broad range of analysis, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.
You will join a team of Insight Analysts to support the Mobility Services Insight function in the expansion of our analytical capabilities. This role reports into the Insight & Reporting Manager.
Context
The Mobility Services Insight team are responsible for providing accurate, reliable, timely high-quality information and insights that are actionable.
Analysis plays a key role within the team, working with internal and third-party stakeholders to identify trends and patterns and understanding the drivers for customer & dealer interactions. This insight is then used to maximise commercial return and help optimise processes and operational delivery.
Key accountabilities
Work as a key part of the Mobility Services Insight team, supporting dependencies within the team and for other departments across Motability Operations.
About YouYou should be comfortable working with numbers, enjoy problem solving, confident to challenge the status quo using strong communication skills.
No previous Insight or Analytics experience is required as we will teach you the tools you need for the role, but experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel will be useful.
You need to be a strong team player who is able to support their colleagues at all times regardless of workload and demands.
