Manager/ Associate Director

Manager/ Associate Director focuses on leading analysis and outputs including business plans, short-term cash flows and restructuring options.

What the role involves

• Leading analysis and outputs including business plans, short-term cash flows and restructuring options.
• Supporting and challenge management teams in developing business plans, cash flow forecasts and turnaround plans using fact based, data driven analysis.
• Supporting in financial restructuring and lender side assignments ( business plan reviews, stakeholder options analysis).
• Preparing high quality client deliverables including contingency plans, options reports and board packs.
• Work closely with senior colleagues to manage stakeholders across complex and sensitive situations, requiring the necessary soft skills to do so.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, constructive challenge and well-reasoned recommendations.

Skills and requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality written outputs and client materials.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and/or financial modelling, cash and working capital analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
