Managing Director – Technology / Transformation Executive Search

The Technology position centres on my client, a 30+ head Tech & Transformation Exec Search specialist, are hiring for an MD to take over and drive their London HQ. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Inheriting office of 25 from day-one, with budget to hit 30 by EOY ’26 - growing across 3 core service lines. An Executive Search Tech / Transformation focused business - with a strong focus across both Financial & Professional Services.

Handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care. Deep knowledge & understanding of Tech, ideally within FS or Professional Services. Strong professional approach.

Practical details

• 80% of this role is people facing, being able to drive growth and performance across your team is essential.
• Headcount expansion – The aim is to grow this to a minimum of 30-heads by EOY ’26, with remit to hire across all levels.
• You MUST be hands‑on client side, pitching & winning retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services.
