What the role involves
- Managing all commercial aspects of projects from initial tender through to final account.
- Preparing, negotiate and agree subcontract and supplier packages.
- Monitoring project costs, valuations, forecasts and cashflow to ensure strong financial performance.
- Leading on the preparation of applications for payment.
- Identify, value and agree variations and change control items.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, designers and clients to support smooth project delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
