What the role involves
- Leading commercial governance across a regional portfolio of planned works contracts.
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts, valuations, cost reporting and key commercial performance metrics.
- Delivering accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts and project reviews.
- Managing subcontract procurement, administration and final accounts.
- Ensure timely applications, certifications, valuations and payments.
- Maintaining a regular presence Onsite to support delivery teams and maximise commercial performance.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- £70,000–£80,000 salary (depending on experience).
- Approximately £6,500 car allowance.
- Performance-related bonus (typically 5%, with the opportunity to earn more).
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
