  • Leading commercial governance across a regional portfolio of planned works contracts.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, valuations, cost reporting and key commercial performance metrics.
  • Delivering accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts and project reviews.
  • Managing subcontract procurement, administration and final accounts.
  • Ensure timely applications, certifications, valuations and payments.
  • Maintaining a regular presence Onsite to support delivery teams and maximise commercial performance.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
