Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
• Significant experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor level within a Tier 1 or major main contractor environment.
• Proven track record delivering major construction projects valued at £50m+.

Confirmed role details

• South London (Hybrid – Office & Site Based).
• Car Allowance or Company Car, Private Medical Insurance, Pension, Bonus.
• Administer contracts in accordance with the relevant form of contract, including JCT and NEC.
• Competitive salary of £100,000 – £105,000 per annum.
