What the role involves
- Ensure robust cost estimates aligned with project scope.
- Support commercial and procurement strategies alongside Senior Buyers.
- Ensure tender processes are followed correctly.
- Ensure subcontracts are accurately prepared, reflect agreed scope, and are managed in line with contractual requirements.
- Provide accurate live forecasting aligned to the project programme and WBS/CBS.
- Monitoring actual costs against baseline estimates, challenging variances where required.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
