What the role involves

• Leading new product introduction.
• · Take ownership of production lines, ensuring key KPIs are achieved.
• Processing implementation activities.
• · Conduct structured problem-solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.
• · Drive improvements in safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinating installation of tooling, equipment, and capital projects.

Skills and requirements

• · Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or APQP methodologies.
• · Experience with assembly line processes and line balancing.
