What the role involves

• Optimise assembly processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance overall production output.
• Implement tooling and material improvements to support manufacturing objectives.
• Analysing and reduce cycle times whilst maintaining 99.99% quality standards consistently.
• Supporting lifecycle manufacturing activities from design through to production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across production operations.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• 5% annual bonus on target.
• 26 days holiday, increasing to 29 days with length of service.
