What the role involves
- Optimise assembly processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance overall production output.
- Implement tooling and material improvements to support manufacturing objectives.
- Analysing and reduce cycle times whilst maintaining 99.99% quality standards consistently.
- Supporting lifecycle manufacturing activities from design through to production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across production operations.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- 5% annual bonus on target.
- 26 days holiday, increasing to 29 days with length of service.
