What the role involves

  • Engage with customers to develop tailored manufacturing solutions.
  • Managing and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Leading projects from enquiry through to production and successful delivery.
  • Process plans, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Ability to generate CNC programs (Milling, Turning, EDM) using CAM software.
  • Ensure smooth transition of new projects into production.

Skills and requirements

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., HyperMILL & Vericut).
  • Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods.
