- Maintaining capacity modelling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and frequent communication with tool owners to ensure model readines.
- Develop and implement solutions to problems affecting cycle time and delivery performance.
- Collect and validate data via stopwatch time studies and automation logs analysis, to analyse throughput impact of various process changes.
- Assisting tool owners to understand capacity impacts associated with process changes.
- Identify tools/moves required to support starts mix shift due to business change.
- Provide information for management reviews of operational performance.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 3 years' industry experience, or.
- 7+ years of industry experience driving continuous improvement.
