Manufacturing Engineer
Job description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, the work centres on supporting your line manager by providing technical expertise, developing, improving and maintaining systems, processes, procedures and process controls. It would suit someone who can bring utilise expert skills acquired in composite/polymers, engineering problem solving and six sigma/lean methodologies to the role.
What the work leans on
Resolve technical problems which effect quality, manufacturability, delivery and costs. CRP Subsea are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to participate in the Operations Team, and contribute to the overall strategy and achieve approved targets.
Where the technical work sits
- Supporting your line manager by providing technical expertise, developing, improving and maintaining systems, processes, procedures and process controls.
- Supporting production and maintenance on a daily basis with plant troubleshooting and breakdown issues.
- Research, justify and implement capital expenditures to improve utilisation of working capital.
Technical requirements
- Degree, or e, level in an engineering discipline.
- Participate in qualification/development of suppliers for components, sub- assemblies and processes.

Practical details
- Discretionary annual bonus of up to 15% of basic salary.
