Manufacturing Manager (Assembly & Test)

Job Summary Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking for a Manufacturing Manager (Assembly & Test), with the role focused on identify and Implement lean manufacturing, and other appropriate methods, to drive on-time delivery, shortened lead times, and improved quality. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

What you would be doing

Supporting with H&S initiatives where required and control operations impact on the environment. Identify and Implement lean manufacturing, and other appropriate methods, to drive on-time delivery, shortened lead times, and improved quality. Leading a complex Assembly and test capability.

What you need

• Engineering / Manufacturing Degree or 5 years relevant leadership experience.
• Knowledge and experience of quality management systems and EASA / AS9100 Accreditation.
