Skills and requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND) in an engineering discipline.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing engineering environment, ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2 (non‑OEM).
- Strong knowledge of complex assembly processes and precision manufacturing systems.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, ISO9001 and IATF standards, including quality tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and Control Plans.
