Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level) focuses on overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.

What the role involves

• Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
• Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow.
• Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality and safety policies.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas.
• Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations.
