What the role involves
- Define collaboratively with local teams and implement strategic marketing plans and programs to achieve the company's goals, increase brand awareness.
- Ensure alignment and accountability across departments such as Sales, Alliances, Customer Success etc.
- Take the lead in owning the marketing strategy.
- Provide regular reports on ROI, KPIs, and trends to inform decision-making, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance.
- Manage the allocated marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation for a positive return on investment.
Skills and requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- UK insurance industry experience would be a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., Marketo, Pathfactory, DemandBase, Thoughtspot, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
