Marketing Specialist
Marketing Specialist focuses on proofread and publish blogs and resources on the m4d website.
What the role involves
- Proofread and publish blogs and resources on the M4D website.
- Be responsible for scheduling all social media content across all M4D programmes, using Hootsuite.
- Build and send newsletters and event invitation emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide support where needed on the creation and maintenance of external-facing collateral including reports, videos, presentations, infographics, imagery, printed material and web.
- Provide support on liaising with external suppliers (video agencies, copyeditors, translators, designers, etc.).
- Report regularly on the performance of deliverables.
Skills and requirements
- Experience with relevant digital marketing channels, campaign reporting, or content performance is useful.

Additional role context
- 50% of the role will be working with M4D’s Digital Inclusion team which consists of the Connected Society and Connected Women programmes.
- The other 50% will be spent working on delivery across the M4D portfolio of programmes.
- Will actively engage in and produce marketing deliverables for the Connected Society and Connected Women teams, and across other M4D teams when needed.
